He studied acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and tuina at Qing Bai and Shenzhou Academy, and also Nan Jing, Shang Han Lun, and Jin Gui Yao Lue with dr. Li Jie. He also studied Shang Han Lun and Jin Gui Yao Lue at ICEAM with Laurie Ayres. Taco has practiced Qi Gong and Zen meditation for 20 years.
