COMPLAINTS
The courses offered by IMCCM are professional and designed to enhance your knowledge and skills of Classical Chinese Medicine. We are convinced you can rely on the expertise and quality of our instructors. However, we cannot rule out complaints of any nature. Therefore, you are entitled to a fair handling of your complaint. Whatever the complaint, for example, regarding communication, treatment, an invoice, or the quality of the lessons. Or a more serious complaint such as injury, intimidation, unwanted actions, or violation of your privacy. Don’t keep it to yourself; report it. Contact the IMCCM secretariat by phone at +31 6 333 120 73 or email info@pingshuyuan.com
The management will try to handle the report immediately. If that is not possible, you will be contacted to discuss the handling of the complaint. You can then submit a written complaint to IMCCM within two weeks of the handling of the complaint. Your written complaint must contain at least the following: 1. Your name and address. 2. The date. 3. A clear description of the complaint (what happened, who was involved, where and when it took place). 4. The reason for your objection. 5. The period in which the complaint arose. IMCCM also has a complaints officer available who can advise you on whether or not to file a complaint. He can help you gain clarity at an early stage about what you want to achieve with your complaint. He will also inform you about the options for filing a complaint, including the advantages and disadvantages of the various options. The IMCCM secretariat may request the complaints officer to contact you. He can advise you about the complaint, assist you in formulating the complaint and/or assist you in finding a solution. The complaints officer is completely independent and does not take sides. Everything you tell the complaints officer is confidential. You can expect a response to your complaint within four weeks. The complaints officer’s decision is binding.
