Terms & Conditions
Payment and Registration
When a student takes a continuing education course at IMCCM, they will receive an invoice from IMCCM. A small deposit, the registration fee, is due upon receipt. The remaining balance is due at the start of the course. For short continuing education courses of one or more days, the student will receive the invoice shortly before or after the first day of the course. In this case, no registration fee will be charged. Payment in installments is possible for amounts over €250. For payments in multiple installments, we charge 3% of the total course fee for each additional installment. The installments are distributed pro rata based on the progress of the continuing education course. All information provided by the student is confidential, both to the instructors and assistants, and to the organization.
Duration of Contract
The education and registration agreement runs for the duration of the relevant continuing education course and ends automatically upon completion.
Payment Method
When a student registers for an IMCCM course, the full amount must be transferred to bank account NL61TRIO0197 7865 96, payable to Ping Shu Yuan in The Hague, with the reference “course.” Students can find the terms and conditions of registration and any cancellation on the website www.imccm.eu.
About Cancellation
If a student cancels up to one day before the start of the course, the full amount will be refunded within one week. In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances preventing the IMCCM course from taking place, the full amount will be refunded no later than one week after the scheduled start time.
Cooling-Off Period
After registering, the participant has a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, starting on the day of registration. Within this period, the participant can cancel the registration free of charge. This cooling-off period also applies if the course is paid for by an employer, provided the participant entered into the agreement themselves.
